Faulty computers, networking devices, or peripherals qualify for return or replacement. Report issues within 48 hours with clear details and supporting photos/videos.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of purchase. After this, manufacturer warranty terms may apply.
Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories. Devices showing physical damage, tampering, or missing components will not be accepted.
Installed software, activated licenses, and configured systems are non‑returnable unless the hardware itself is defective.
We allow exchanges for incorrect specifications (e.g., wrong device type or capacity) if unused and in original condition.
Opened consumables (toners, cartridges), configured systems, and used accessories are not eligible.

Returns are processed within 0–3 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued to the original method of payment, and you will receive a confirmation once the refund has been completed.
We cover return costs for defective items. Other approved returns are at the customer’s expense.
